Michah's home was a true desert gem. The home looked as if we were the first ones to stay there. It is beatifuly decorated ( I added to my inspiration board for my own home decor) and well planned out. It is located just outside the main town area so you can see the night sky covered in stars if you sit outside. We visit Kanab every couple of years and will bookmark Michah's home for future visits.

Michah's home was a true desert gem. The home looked as if we were the first ones to stay there. It is beatifuly decorated ( I added to my inspiration board for my own home decor) and well planned out. It is located just outside the main town area so you can see the night sky covered in stars if you sit outside. We visit Kanab every couple of years and will bookmark Michah's home for future visits.

Such a special home. Lots of privacy but also in Kanab. The home had everything we needed, was beautifully designed and very clean. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Micah’s place is gorgeous - inside and out, The house is huge and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean (it looks new!), very comfy beds, enormous bathrooms, amazing kitchen to cook in and all mod cons you could hope for. Epic night sky from the outdoor seating and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! A wonderful base for the incredible national parks and offerings of the area. Thanks so much for being a great host! If you want to be based in kanab, look no further than this peaceful spot.

This was such a beautiful place with amazing views of the mountains. Kanab is a lovely area, and this home was new, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The host stayed in touch with us, which made everything easy. The kitchen was a chef’s dream, fully stocked and perfect for cooking. We definitely recommend it.

Cancellation policy

Refundable Bookings

Cancellation deadlines:

  • For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
  • For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.

Fair-Refund Policy

If you cancel after the deadline:

  • Zion Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
  • The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.

Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings

  • The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
  • The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.

Non-Refundable Bookings

If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Date Changes & Rebooking

Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.

Transfers to Another Guest

You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.

Policy Match Guarantee

If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Zion Stays will match it.
