Wonderful visit, the roof deck is great and the neighborhood is great for walking and near town, parks, canyons, etc. We love visiting Kanab and were very comfortable. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The house felt like home to us. Very beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. Out of every window was the beauty that surrounded us. The peace and quiet of the space indoors and out was remarkable. The rooftop space was a hit and we used it 5/7 nights we were there. The star gazing was incredible! The location was perfect for the adventures we had planned. We enjoyed the hiking that was close to the house. We discovered a beautiful sandstone table and carved stools along the path. A fun surprise! <br/>ROAM Adventure Co was wonderful and recommended by Zion Stays. We highly recommend the half-dayer out to The Great Chamber and Peekaboo Slot Canyon riding UTVs. We had a blast! <br/>Thank you for sharing your home with us, David. We hope to come back soon!

David’s place is fantastic! The views are breathtaking and his house is comfortable and stylish. We came with our one year old baby and the pack and play was a huge help. Kanab is close to Bryce Canyon and Zion and we had the best time exploring. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was perfect for our trip to Kanab and the surrounding parks!<br/>We did take advantage of the concierge service and the team made great activity recommendations for my group of boys ranging from 11-18 years old. The itinerary they put together was perfect for the wide age ranges and we had a blast. <br/>The only thing I will mention, is that during our stay we did not have access to the fitness room (which was one of the primary reasons I selected this house) due to the locks being changed at the facility.<br/>Besides that, everything was as I expected and matched the pictures and description. David was super responsive and I would definitely recommend this house and location.

The house was sooo clean and comfortably stocked with the basics and tons more. Hosts are seriously professional. <br/>We really appreciated the new-ness of the home and its proximity to all the activities in the area. We got an amazing 4th of July fireworks show from the roof. The trail head on the street was a major bonus and should not be skipped! <br/>One thing to note is that the photos on the listing show the home with lots of open space around it, however, there are now several more newly built homes around including one directly next door. From looking on google maps the new homes are not shown yet.<br/>Regarding the community center for the neighborhood La Estancia (that is not a reflection of the hosts at all): Even in summer the outdoor pool was frigid. The gym had broken equipment. The inside pool and jacuzzi not inspiring. We looked forward to this and were disappointed.

This is exactly the type of property you're looking for when you're seeking a luxury rental.<br/>My wife and I and our two boys stayed here for 4 nights, using it as a base camp for our time exploring area parks. PLENTY of living space and lots of privacy. The house had many kitchen/laundry/bath essentials. We loved the roof deck at night. The kids were excited to play pickleball & bocce nearby.<br/>We stayed in the summer 2025 and this is the edge of a housing development that is still being built. That is to say, there is one direct neighbor and lots of open space that I am guessing will eventually fill in. But even then, this property will offer more than enough privacy & the red rock views from outside were a great way to start and end the day.<br/>It is noted in the house directions, but worth mentioning here as well: Since the street is so new, it is not mapped by most apps. Use common sense and you'll get there just fine. But our map ended a couple hundred yards before you hit the house.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Kanab. The house was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed and the rooftop deck was truly unforgettable. The 360-views of the red rock landscape were stunning, and stargazing at night was pure magic.<br/>We loved having hikes right outside the door, and the location made it so easy to explore the nearby parks and trails. Everything we wanted to see felt close and effortless.<br/>The host was fantastic — responsive, kind, and clearly invested in creating a great experience. We felt totally at ease and are already dreaming about our next visit.
